I ended up here one afternoon because a had a little bit of time that I needed to pass in Disentis, I wanted capuns, and it had good reviews on Google. Afterwards I found out that the chef used to work at Igniv in Bad Ragaz. They have 13 Gault Millau points and also had a nice write up by Michelin.
I only had the capuns, which were lovely with a rich but not too heavy broth, served with crispy bünderfleisch on top. The dining room inside is beautiful and there’s also a small terrace outside when the weather is nice. There are a lot of dishes typical of Graubünden, someone else who was there also said the ravioli was fantastic, etc. I will definitely come back here next time I am in Distentis!
