Welcome to Our Schweiz, a blog about Switzerland. My name is Irene Tien, and I am an American who has been living in Bern since the end of 2021, with my Swiss husband who is originally from Graubünden.

I spend a lot of time exploring Switzerland so I thought I’d share some of the things that make Our Switzerland so great. Whenever we see something really amazing or beautiful in Switzerland, we say “Unsere Schweiz” to each other, and we alternate between English and German weeks hence the name Our Schweiz.
